Gentle, grounding, all-levels yoga with horses!
This is a unique opportunity to practice being in your body in nature amidst these large, gentle, intuitive creatures (and other humans). Every posture will be optional, and there will be several horse specialists present to support our interaction with the horses. There will be a chair for each participant. We will use both the chair and practice standing poses. We will not be on the ground or mat as the horses will be wandering around in the circle with us. Up to 5 horses will join us in the circle and may or may not engage with participants.

What to bring: close-toed shoes, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle.
Parking: Try to arrive a few minutes early and enter the farm driveway nearest the Horse Time Sign. Park near the bottom of the hill.
Accessibility: We will practice atop a small, grassy hill. The ground is uneven in places. If you are in a wheelchair, your driver can deliver you directly to the circle and you can practice from your chair. Andy will offer modifications for postures and support all participants to show up in a way that serves themselves best.
Cost: Sliding scale: $15-45 per class date. (When you click to reserve your spot you can edit the amount you pay in the bottom box.) Profits shared between instructor, Horse Time CEC (host) and Kalamazoo Backyard Yogis (who is helping to promote).

Email andrea@groundedhere.com with questions.

FYI: In addition to my waiver below, you will need to sign a waiver with Horse Time CEC upon arrival.
