Simply Ginger Tea


  • Organic Fresh Ginger (may substitute dried, ground ginger for less potent effect, in warmer months, or for those with a sensitive stomach)
  • Filtered or Boiled Water


  • Fill pot with 1.5 times amount water you would like for tea
  • Add 1-3 quarter sized discs fresh ginger (or 1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger) per cup water (adjust according to potency desired)
  • Bring to Boil
  • Turn down and let steep 10 minutes
  • Cool and enjoy! (Add honey for astringency and sweetness when tea is cool enough to drink)
