Variation 1 for Pitta Constitution or Tikshna (Sharp) Digestion, prone to inflammation
Mix the following and drink like a shot or mixed with hot (not boiling) water:

  • Fresh-squeezed juice from ½ Organic Lime
  • 1 tsp. raw Organic local honey
  • ½ tsp. sea salt

Variation 2 for Vata & Kapha Constitution or Vishama (Variable) or Manda (Slow) Digestion, prone to constipation or gas

Mix the following and drink like a shot or mixed with hot (not boiling) water:

  • Fresh-squeezed juice from ½ Organic Lemon
  • 1 tsp. raw Organic local honey
  • ½ tsp. fresh grated ginger
