This is a great tea to sip throughout the day to regulate digestion. It’s not just for times when digestion is off — bloating, gas, pain, etc–though it works well for those times and can be a great rescue!
- Combine 2 parts coriander to 2 parts Fennel to 1 part Cumin, whole Organic spices ware most effective!
- Grind spices gently to bring out their essence.
- Use 1 – 2 tsp per cup of tea.
- Boil water and loose leaf tea together and let steep five minutes or simply add spices in a strainer to your hot water in your tea cup and steep 7-10 minutes covered.
Take little sips throughout the day, between meals. This also has the often loved effect of warding off between meal hunger for those hoping to lose weigh in a healthy and mindful way.
